Great Movie

We all face those times in our lives where we face the bullies both in school and work. I am so thankful that I was given the opportunity to see this movie and be introduced to one of the most inspiring young men I have ever seen. This movie was a testimony to "See it, Be it!" His focus was honest and genuine, not in selfish vanity where most of us live in Ego, but in purity of spirit and heart. The movie was Fabulous, the story one of the most inspiring I have ever seen, Brandon, forever in my heart and my heroic muse whenever I face challenges and adversity going forward, I will hear his words, " How Badly do you want it" SEE this MOVIE!!

How badly do you want it!

I grew up in Harrison, Arkansas. My family and I knew the real Brandon Burlsworth and still know the family to this day. Brandon has always been a big part of my life, even after his death. The Junior High I attended had his name all over it along with his slogan "Do It the Burls Way" on the field house for football practice. I knew Burlsworth was a big deal in Harrison, but never in a million years did I ever think a movie was going to be made about his life. And when it finally debuted, after several years in the making, I was amazed. I can say with all sincerity that I have never seen a sports film that I have enjoyed more than "Greater." The acting, the dialogue, the cinematography, the editing; pretty much every aspect of the film was completely fantastic. It's the only film I've ever seen that's made me cry. It was so beautifully done!

The real story is even more amazing

Like most of you I have seen many sport movies, this will go down as one of my favorite of all times. I live in Arkansas so I was already somewhat familiar with this tragic story. You knew going in that this story was not going to end well. It was extremely well acted and well written. I would recommend this movie to everyone whether or not you are a football fan or not. I am at the point where I like to research a movie a little bit before I pay to set down and watch one. There have been some very good movies and some very bad movies put out this year this is one of the great ones. Be sure and put this movie on your must see list you will be happy you did.
